If your website is hosted with us, we will generally not bill for maintenance requests that can be performed in 30 minutes or less.
Requests in which the task will take longer than 30 minutes, we bill a flat $85 per hour maintenance fee.
If you have an active website maintenance plan with us, you will be billed at the hourly retainer rate in your agreement.
All maintenance requests are tracked as a project and invoiced at the end of the month (give or take a day). All invoices are emailed and are due on receipt.
