Here is the order in which you will have the fastest response for requesting technical support:


I) Create a new support ticket

1) Browse to https://billings-seo.freshdesk.com/support/home 

2) Click on the  New Support Ticket Link

3) Login or create a new support account.

4) Complete the form describing the issue or request and click submit.



II) Email our support team

1) You can send an email to support@dev406.com with your request.  As soon as it is seen, it will be turned into a new support ticket and a response will be emailed within 24 hours.



III) Call our main offices

1) You can contact our main offices at (406) 545-2422.  As we are usually working with other clients, you may have to leave a voicemail.

2) Please leave a voicemail and a call is usually returned within 1 hour.  If your call included a general request, we will create a new support ticket with the request and you will be emailed a response/resolution ASAP.
